What's the best shocks that I can use for bashing ?

4 x big bore plastic, white springs, associated 40wt. Yellow on the rear work well too to combat a lot of rear squat on take off.

Don't go over 40wt or you snap shock ends... a lot.

Can I use the regular shock tower or do I have to order some special one to fit the 4 x big bore shocks?

If it's the X, I think your good. I'm pretty sure it came with the shock tower strengthened for the 4 shocks.
