HPI Savage X 4.6 - TX/RX throttle failure (crystal replacement?)

I've recorded the problem here:

The truck has been standing idle for almost 10 years, but I rememeber that this was the problem when I stopped the hobby back then. The throttle moves randomly when I activate the turn wheel. When I move the throttle it moves as normal. Is it a bad crystal or what could be the cause for this? Batteries just fully charged. Thanks for helping out!

FIRST I WOULD UPGRADE FROM THE OLD CRYSTAL TX/RX . YOU WILL HAVE MUCH GREATER RANGE , I HAVE HAD GOOD LUCK WITH BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING SETS- BOTH COME WITH A RECIEVER.. THE FLYSKY CAN
HOLD I THINK UP TO 10 DIFFERENT VEHICLES IN PROGRAM BUT IT IS A LEARNING EXPERIANCE . ALSO THIS SERVO TESTER CAN HELP ELEMINATE A BAD CONTROLLER / RECEIVER.
