Hi guys , I want to buy lrb engine or axial 28rr engine, Wich is better for the hpi savage x , Is there a better engine than axial 28rr engine or lrp .

first off welcome to the forum, secondly out of those 2 choices 100% LRP the axial rr's are prone to one way bearing failure.. alot have had problems with the rr's LRP has come out with a new engine now "LRP ZR.30" as well but not sure were its available yet though but its a monster of a engine claiming over 4hp from a .30 mill is simply awsome...........

yes the ofna picco nice engine but i"m looking for more power , what about the axial 32 engine ??

Unless the new LRP .30 is a total monster, there isn't much on the market for $200 that will beat the Picco, it is the best budget mill I have seen for quality and power, it would mop the floor with the Axial .32 in every aspect.

Hands down the LRP over the RR. I have had the RR and had nothing but problems for the short time I ran it.

Personally and like these guys stated the Picco is the best mill for the buck. However it is not a beginners mill where the LRP would be. Both will product great power but P3 is superb.

some places in the uk already have them..modelsport uk has them actually
