I have the hpi big bores and hellfire shock mounts http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXLZV2&P=M on my rig, and the last time out I bent the heck out of my mounting screws. Completely killed the rear end ones. Gonna be interesting to get them out. What type and length of bolt are you guys using with this set up? I would like a bolt long enough to put a lock nut on the end of it to hold everything in place. Any info on this set up would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I use studs. 2 screws per a hellfire mount.

what do you mean by studs?
And thats the first i have seen of those hellfire mounts. I love the way they pull away from the shock tower enough. Might have to get some

The hellfire mount is made to have a screw go all the way through it and you nut the end. So by stud I mean I put a screw half way through it and another small screw in the front to hold on the shock.
