how to keep brake screws in

My screws keep backin out ..I guess they've taken a beatin..but besides swapin my tranny cases ..is there a stong glue or plastic weld that'll hold em in?? they came right out yesterday and my disc's were flappin in the wind ..I poped out the d'bone and ran the "no brake" system..it wasnt that bad..
but i'd rather have em..anybody else have this prob??

I've lost a few of those stupid screws. Locktite works well, that's what I used and it's been fine ever since.

ive used liquid teflon, it comes in a small toothpaste type tube and takes very little to do the trick, and no noxious fumes from mixing

ya I tried loctite and crazy glue ..but I think the holes are pooched
