how do you tighten all the motor mount screws?

how in the world are you suppose to tighten (the flux is upside down and the rear is facing you) the bottom right screw? i basically converted my x to and xl to a flux and all the bottome skid plates are the same number. this maybe a stupid question and i may have over looked the obvious but I'm at a loss on how to get to it any help would be helpful thanks.

couple dudes have taken a dremel with a sanding drum & modded the tvp to be able to access that screw.
