Well guys here I go. I just got all my parts in today(thanks Nick) from slap ma fro. I'm going with the cen-mugen midtank. This is my 1st time doing this so I know I will be reading on here alot.

Yeah it is so for. The only problem I'm having is trying to find something to bolt the tank down

If you look at the judges build it shows how he mounts his tank.

Ok I got the tank and box mounted and they look great. The problem I'm having now is where to mount the steering servo. I've been looking @ pics all day. I looked The Judge pics but it had to drill and all that. Is that a must? Is ther any other way to get a pic on how to mount to the tvp? Sorry guys I'm lost right now prolly lack of sleep after 2 months of working 12/7's

thats with GH's bellcrank. to go to hpis you cant use the stock link like I did

You can do it eaither way. They both serve the same function. Are you running reverse? then you would have to mount another servo some where else.

with reverse you mount it on the opposite tvp the same way. needs custom linkage as well. I have reverse in one of my trucks only because I'm too lazy to take it out. pointless upgrade that fails with hi HP mills. mine is ziptied in forward never to be hooked up again ...

Not sure what you meant by that but I am using the stock bellcrank and have my servo mounted just like yours.

Well I have no reverse and thanks guys the servo mounted up great. I guess off to the next step lol

I run the reverse in mine only because it was in there when i bought it. I will be doing a mid tank soon when i get some more $$. What mill are you running?

Thats a pretty sick looking truck so far! I love those Flm/Mugen/Cen builds because they look so clean.

For some reason everytime i try to get on smf store's website it tells me that its forbidden. Heres what it says

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Thanks Everyone the problem I'm running into now is the stering servo. I got everything bolted up. But on the steering bellcrank I can't get it to turn because the arm that connects to hit is hitting the brace on the servo plate. My question is what are you guys using to clear this brace. I'm using an Integy steering bellcrank with a FLM steering link

Sorry I wasn't sure if the arm should be angled the way it was. Sorry guys for the stupid question. Thanks Bank it worked great. I think now I'm gonna do the ofna throttle mod

what mod are you doing? the standard mod or mine? I suggest you do the standard first b4 mine so you know the difference then do mine

Thanks Bank! Once I find a way to get back on the site i think i will start ordering stuff for my mid tank mod! Do they allow you to race the mid tank mods?
