Help identifying savage truck and engine

This is my first time posting here I have just purchased an hpi savage and need some help identifying engine so I can get parts..the motor has hit bodies written on it..I need to purchase a new pull starter or roto start for it.. any help would be appreciated..

That will be tough to find stuff for. you could email hotbodies and watch ebay . get a different motor they are a real pain I have been there...

Yeah, was the hot bodies truckzilla. The rear center axle and TVP's aren't "HPI". I'm not sure about the engine mount and plate.

I had the HB extended TVP's on a savage a long time ago. Ran a normal big block in it though.

So if I'm looking to put a Dynamite Mach 2 .28 engine in one of these would it fit? Or would I have to make modifications?

It would fit with a stock motor mount .the plate is the same
