Hellfire brakes

Hi all, just a quick question. I just bought a Hellfire, but the brakes aren't working quite right. I went ahead and bought some new brake pads, but I don't know how to stick the pads on the metal backing pieces. Anyone know how, or what glue to use? Thanks.

or did you get fibers if fiber they don't stick at all just put them on

I got the fibers. Do I use the metal plates then, or leave them off? Thanks for your help Bankrupter. I appreciate it.

use the plates. IDK if you can see them good but...

So you didn't glue the fiber pads to the metal plates then?
