Hard Starting

I have a savage 25 limited and it is very hard to start when it is cold the carb is tight i runs great when it is running but just getting it there!!! Anyone have this prob it willtake atleast 3 min or more to start!!!

U might have a airleake or something like that check for air leaks and make sure u are priming it well.. also might want to try a different plug

agreed!! sealings easy and takes 5mins. i have a No8 plug in mine and it runs soooo much better.

ditto with the air leaks i found mine on my brand new savvy x it was on the carb securing screw i was havin same problem as you now it starts great

the pinch bolt on the 4.1 leaks real bad

yeah that was the fault on my 4.1 its miles better now
