Hi all, i have just made myself a fuel tank to stop the half lean tank issue which most savage owners will have. It is a very simple design that works very well, my apologies to anyone out there that has already used this idea and i am not suggesting in anyway that this was my idea first, however i havn't seen this before so thought i would share it with anyone who wishes to solve the lean problem as this has been tried and tested.
You will need an empty after-run oil bottle, a couple of cable ties, some foam(padding) if required and a supporting part, for this i used Savage 25 part number 85059 of which is the standard exhaust bracket, some fuel tube and thats all.....
You need too make a small hole in the end of the bottle and inner nozzle(smaller than the tube for tight fit).

Then you have to make a hole in the bottom, i made my hole on the very bottom edge(concave part) as this is the thickest part, again being smaller than the fuel tube for a tight fit.
Once the tube has been fitted i secured the bottle to the roll bar using the exhaust bracket(part no. 85059), some cable ties and some sticky-back foam.
