glow plugs?

few questions i had a os #8 and i bought and os a3 was this a bad choice. my motor is a os .21 and my weather is about 45 about now but right now i cant get my savage running. if you could let me know bout the plugs thanks

Run a hotter plug, I'm not sure which one is. Try calling the LHS. Also try preheating the block with a heat gun prior to starting.
