geronimo's flm 250cc build

Most of you know i did a mid-tank build on my xl, using only parts from my bone
yard.mostly just to see if i could,and prove to my wife, that all my junk was usefull stuff.
But my heart was with a 250cc FLM build. and it did not help having sam ride my back side(LOL).
So here it is, i still like my alum mount for the antenna, and my new hump pack.should be here in the next few days.
I,m not going into a extensive monologue, its a pretty standard 250cc build,except for replacing all screws with hex head. peace

Nice build, I like the PRC125 Plate in there, LOL. You have your tank backward, Is there a reason for this, otherwise you may want to turn it around because the fuel pickup is in the front currently.

yea,i know,yea i ment to do that. i always like to do thing backwards. were i have to do it over.
and yea the plate is sweet. i got it from platnuim rc . great product, super fast shipping. you should check him out,LOL.

BTW all jokes aside, the plate is awesome....

Looks like the Pipe off the CEN GST. Some say it works great with the HPI 5.9.

yep, its a cen pipe.the 5.9 mill is pretty bad, to get power, you got to lean it out. you lean it out, it over heats.
5.9k is what it is ,a RTR mill. cen pipe allows it to be the best it can be.
better top end, at cooler temps.

thanks all, i'm extremly pleased with the truck.
mid tank mod is great. i'm lovin the flm tvp's
axial beadlocks look great, and preforming as they should.
but to be honest i think I'm most impressed with the big bore shocks
the way it handles now compaired with before. its like nite and day.
maybe its a combanation of the 250cc tank on front now,along with big bore's. anyway ...its unreal....peace
