Gears Of Speed

Hey guys. I need a gears 101 lesson. what gear set up is for speed and what set up is for tourque. Help please. :mega::mega::mega:

well bigger the spur/smaller clutch bell = less top speed.

smaller the spur/bigger the clutch bell = more top speed
