Has anyone ever used these? Are these any better than the stock ones..Just wondering.Getting ready to do mid tank mod,and seen them at SMF...

Yes they are much heavier duty than the stock bones and will way out last them. However they are added rotational mass. I do run a few of them and am replacing the stockers as I brake them with these.

Thanks for your help larsen.. What do you mean by rotational mass..

In simple terms there heavier then the regular dogbones so it takes more "power" to rotate them... thats about the best i can explain it....

They are great and are the same as the center dogbone that comes in the flm ext tvp kit. I run them on one truck and need to pick up another set to do my other truck. I have bent one before after a nasty landing...ummm more like crash landing! But FLM has a parts warrenty so I need to see how I can have it replaced so imo best bang for your buck!

I was going to tell how I saw you blow one, but you've already chimed in. 🙂

you are correct jcam, unfortuantely when you buy the ext tvps from flm the hd dog bone that come with them does not double as a center drive shaft and you have to contact flm to get the correct size center drive shaft that will fit. the ends of the bone are not accepted by the drive cups on the diff and transmission. just thought id add that in case anyone is considering buying the flm tvps. i learned the hard way. they were nice enough to let me keep the hd dog bone, send me the correct center drive shaft and give me a set of free lower arm braces. it took 5 extra days but i was happy with the outcome
