What gearing and trans are you running? Which savage is it?

A buddy of mine had those tires on a savage, but I never saw it run. Those things were monsters compared to the tires I usually run.

Its the savage x 4.6, with the stock 2 speed. I'm running the stock 17/47 gearing. I have a 19t bell from robinson racing, but haven't installed it. The stock gearing works well for what I do(mostly bashing). Thats still the origional spur gear and bell that came on the truck. I just set the gearmesh out the box and when i put the lrp in.

After running mine today with 17/47 (up from 16/47), the LRP28 has more power to give, that's for sure. I think I have an 18T bell, but not sure if it's hardened or not since I'm running an HPI steel spur. I'm running smaller tires than you though too.
