Feels like too much Freeplay

Hey guys, I’m rebuilding a 1/8 savage flux, i just finished mounting the motor fixing the trans and everything, so when i test ran the car, there seems be a weird free play when the motor spins free play is maybe 1/4th spin of the spur gear I’m attaching a video, let me know your thoughts.

Pull the g/box apart & inspect for a start somethings not right for sure!👎🏻
