How many of you do like me a keep a box with all the parts you have broken. Am I just wierd or do others do this too.

Unless I'm a weirdo too.....i do the same...I even still have the first body I painted and bashed along with other broken mangled parts...the funny part is I remember what crashes caused what damage....it's fun to pull out broken parts when the gang comes around and shoot the bull with the different stories and memories.....I love this hobby!!!!

I have started saving mine - perhaps I am too analytical for my own good, but I do it so I can see what I break most often, where it fails, and what I can do to make sure it doesn't happen again 🙂

i keep em to recycle parts.

glad i did too caz i busted two cen gst shocks bodies & the shafts, o-rings, eyes & other parts are a direct fit for my Hellfire/Big Bores rockout

Yes it is. That is why I keep stuff to freddy you never know what else you can use a part for or what you may be able to make out of them.

LOL, I even have a broken clutch lever from a GSXR-600 that I don't even have anymore. It was my first damage to the bike and the thing is still kicking around the top of my tool box. I just used a broken CF heli blade to make a brace for that stock engine cage/roll bar that comes with the XL but doesn't fit, and it looks pretty sweet, so sometimes they do come in handy just for materials.

i got a box as well. since day one i got everything ive broken. a lot of good memories and stoires for each piece in that box. lol. i glad I'm not a weirdo.

i have enough broken parts i could have built 2 more trucks my bucket is under my bench with the cen ct5 thats destroyed thnx to a nice and healthy curb lol

Only broken/stripped parts I keep are RPM so I can send them back or parts that I can fix. Everything else has no use to me and goes in the trash.
