Factory carb settings

Anyone know the factory carb settings for 4.6 big block engine and also best % fuel to use.

High Speed Needle (HSN): 4 1/2 Turns From Closed
Low Speed Needle (LSN): 3 Turns From Closed
Idle: About 2mm

High Speed Needle: Flush with groove
Low Speed Needle: Flush with case
IDLE: 1 mm

K4.6
High Speed Needle: Flush with groove
Low Speed Needle: Flush with case
IDLE: 1 mm

K5.9
High Speed Needle: Flush with groove
Low Speed Needle: Flush with case
Idle: 1 mm

I use Sidewinder basher blend fuel 20% nitro

Cheers pal when I bought the car the guy told me it wheelied & had a wheelie bar on but didn't even seem that fast when i took it out also stalled when breaking so was planning on putting it back to standard & go from there is this the best way ?
