F4.6 for $100?

On a thread on here I saw someone say you can get a F4.6 for 100 bucks. Is that true or an exaggeration? Where is the cheapest place to get engines? Thanks!

Just remember you get what you pay for. I bet it doesn't cost HPI more then $40 to put those engines in the truck.

Hi Purenitro, I was looking at the port jobs you had posted on SC for the F4.6. Did it help its out put a lot? I do have some skills with the dremel and ported my own S-25 and loved it. Do you think the F4.6 is better as far as reliability and tuning than the Axial .28? Those look to be the only ones I can afford right now. Do you have any other recommendations? Thanks!

The porting in the pics really does nothing, I don't show what makes the power in any picture I have ever posted. If it's what you can afford then get it, tune it rich and it may last you a while.
