Ebay Servos from cheapservoman

You guys are gonna love this, I have wondered for a while whether I should have bought one of the cheap 208oz servos from ebay or a cheap tower servo. Well I bought the ebay servo and have run about six tanks through it working great. Until tonight I must have hit a pinecone just right and stripped the servo gears and cracked the case. I opened it up only to find a towerpro sticker on the inside! I'll post pics as soon as my camera battery is charged.

either its a cheap servo or you hit one helluva pine cone bro :resp:

I think my servo saver was cranked down to far, and the pinecone got wedged and forced my left tire to lock.

I was thinking they were TowerPro servos.

i almost bought a servo from him. lol

lol a pine cone... I used a pair of them that came on a truck I bought as lead donations. Cut off the wires and tossed the servos...

I think I made the servo useable again. I emailed the seller to see if he'll warranty it. I'm headed to the LHS to buy a 5945 tomorrow. I'll throw the ebay servo on my second truck. As a side note I was really impressed with the performance of the servo, very powerfull; very quick; very NOISY!
