easy / cheap shock protectors

You all probably know that especially the rear shocks get all the dirt! Well, here’s an easy, fast and cheap way to protect them. Give 1,5€ and buy 20 balloons like in picture (mine are 20X190mm not inflated). Inflate them and stretch to make things easier and push the shocks through (well.. you have to have them removed first..). Once you have the mouth side of the balloon all the way to the top, cut the other tip close to the end of the shock and you are done!!! Just make sure you pull enough of the balloon on the shock otherwise you’ll end up with a shorter spring (balloon will keep it squeezed). Makes a nice colorful car too!!
