DX3R Telemetry

Does any one know if telemetry will work with the Spektrum DX3R radio? I have read that telemetry is not compatible with the included SR3100 receiver. They recommend using the SR3001 receiver. So my question is, will the telemetry show up on the screen of the DX3R, or will it only show on the handheld unit? Has anyone had any experience with this??

That is what I will probally do. The only downfall is the DX3S is not DSM2. But I don't know if I will notice a huge differance? Any idea when the DX3S will be available?

Should be now. I have the DX3R and 2.0. Ran and sold a 3.0 you can see a difference at 50-100 yards but other than that its not that bad. For a savage it does not matter. A carpet car you would want the R...
