dog bone keeps slipping out of cup any ideas???

hey guys i had a problem with my dogbone coming out of my cup on one corner of my truck and i noticed the cups where all pretty worn out, So i changed them all put the truck back together and i had the same result. i thought the suspension might have been over extending and letting the dogbone slip out of the cup so i did the shock mod and it is still doing it, not as often but enought annoy the living crap outta me . Dose anyone kno how to fix this and would the cvd conversion be a good idea

Ok first off I'm going to ask what model of savage you have . X or new x that's orange ano. They have different dogbones. So it will make a difference. Then next ill say with that corner of your truck take the suspension apart, and look for cracks. The cracks will be around the mold lines. Take the pins and put it into the holes in your control arms and lever the pin against the sides of the hole. I'm sure you will see separation somewhere. Hope this helps

also the diff cup has an o ring in to keep the dog bone from falling out i would check that too

sounds like Mickey hit on it, I bet somewhere you will find a failed part....

put a piece of fuel tubing in the cup and that should help it out.
