Do you think this wing mount will fit?

Hi all,

I'm having trouble finding a wing mount for my savvy in the uk, but i found this one http://www.rc-direct.co.uk/tekno-rc-adjustable-wing-mount-for-t-maxx-p-2352.html its for a t-maxx but looks as though itl fit ok, what do you think?

Larsen with Platinum R/C Products has the best deal on a wing setup I have tried alot of others his was the best product and price you can find just my .02

i don't know why it wouldnt work but you might have to mod it so it would fit on the shock tower.

Thanks for the reply Trixter, i was looking at the PRC wing mounting plate and also the new era wing kit, but unfortunately as theyre in the USA i don't think id be able to afford the shipping costs right now and id still need the wing stay/mount and the wing, ive kinda been put on a bit of a spending halt by the wife as lately it just seems to be one problem after another with it and its not even two months old yet, steering servo, 3 owb's(gonna do the fixed nut in place of the owb mod soon), rear hub uprights(tie bar mount tore off) exhaust header gasket/rubber, front diff crown and pinion and so on, ive spent a small fortune on the savvy in the past few weeks and her indoors isnt happy lol

This T-Maxx wing kit looks as thought it would bolt on without any modding involved, its a UK company and id just need to get a wing to complete the kit.

OK, thanks for that Larson, looking at those pics in the thread you linked it does look like a tasty piece of kit, and il definately bear that in mind.


Man i wanna live in America! It seems theres so much more available to you guys, at a fraction of the cost too, our hobby stores here have nothing in comparison
