new to the forum looks like a great place!
had my savage XL for almost 10 years and i have an LRP .30 in it!
my issue is i keep blowing the 77054 1st gear in the 3 spd trans, and HPI has since discontinued it.
heres the silly part... the gear hub and the pinion gear that drives it are not discontinued... how does that make sense?
anyway i need this gear or the hot racing SSAV3344T that used to be available... OR any other upgrade/replacement.
also has anyone else had problems with shearing teeth from the 1st gear?
