Ok lets get it started .. Did alot of searching on the web for the best price . http://www.grainger.com/search?searchQuery=1/2'+DELRIN i couldnt find black .. 🙁

used 1/2" 6 foot long

bought some 1/2" pipe and some 12G flat bar

going to use some existing holes for the mounting brackets for the rear.

drew out the templet and transferred to the flat bar.

Didnt turn out 100% like i wanted it to .. but it will work for the first one on these ..

Ditto. And knowing the abuse you put your trucks through will definitely give the cage a true test of it's strength and durability.
