those are axial beadlocks with 40s moabs.

update well my 2 speed was eaten lol funny thing was it was smooth running and no crunch. was taking apart to replace the spure gear shaft and opened up to this

oh clutch set up I'm, running is mugen 1.0 springs and max lifes seem to work great also use a shimmed hpi nut.

Picco's are notoriously known for destroying drivetrains. Maybe upgrade all your tranny gears to metal. I believe RR makes a set.
