Custom Fuel Tank

Has anybody made a fuel tank out of plexiglass? I was thinking about making a larger tank mostly b/c I'm bored and I want to use my new Dremel. I would double the size to around 300cc. If I have a lean prob then I can try this:

300 is heavy plus the weight of the plexi glass... but will like to see it.... I'm having a custom one built aswell but its for a truck puller build I'm doing so its going to be doubled as a weight on the front bumper..

I don't figure it be to much extra weight on the plexiglass b/c i'll be using 1/8 inch thick
