Woops......

Guess I didn't dry it off good enough (rust on the backplate screws)....

Sorry about that.

This sleeve & crank is SWEET

here it is, I have to say this P&P is the cleanest yet

grinding is easy, easy to screw up that is.

This one is sweet, the pics don't tell all the story but, Parker will.

Road test

I just got back from road testing the engine. It ran incredible, the best way to describe it is this........If you ever saw one of those videos where
you swore they sped up the film.....that is what it was like. This is definitely the fastest my savage ever went. It never got above 183 degrees in a 1/2 tank of fuel. I may remove the nova head, although in warmer weather it may be fine as is.

A special thanks to my design team who worked behind the scenes helping me with this engine. ;)

attn: there is more than what meets the eye in these type modifications.

I am presently trying my first port & polish job on my F4.6 and i am wondering if i should add a second scoop to the rear of the crankshaft like i see on other engines.

the answer to this question is always gonna be different, Most of my engine mods are based upon what I see done to others and trial and error(never had error but theres always the chance), one thing I can say for you to do is do as much reading on this subject as possible, and you cant afford to take the 4.6 and throw it out right now, please avoid doing any mods to it before apsolutly knowing what you are doing is correct, sorry but ive been told this same thing when I ask questions.
