I am going to start modding the s25 crank how much should I take out at a time I was thinking 1 degree than test it out than go 1 degree more and retest. This is my first time doing this an as it is I want to take it nice and slow. Don't want to destroy the mill if I can help it but if I do no biggie. I can drop this mill in the trash and walk away no problem Started on the sleeve yesterday. Just did the intake not the exsust going to leave that one alone. Well If anyone has some advice for me it would be apricated. I am not going for killer power just to get this motor to move the savage.

Pope, I would make a timing wheel and get the crank timing now. Then you will have a idea of how far you can take it.
