Cooling fan idea

Hello I'm a newb to forum And the hobby so i don't kmow much about this but an idea came to my mind. I would like to install a computer fan on my savage so the engine can run cooler. Has someone done thjs before? Is it possible?

well i have heard of that on a electric before but in my opinion you don't need it on a nitro savage all i do is cut a hole out of the windshield on the right side this allows the air to pass right through under the body and across the engine fins and then back out,and it also keeps a fresh flow of cooler air into your air filter as well and cooler air flow into the engine means better power output...and with the fan you will need some sort of battery to run it and its not really needed at all.....

Yup Shaun has you covered.
Cut a hole in the wind shield and in the front grill.

Here is mine

and make sure the back is open too

Not only can the heat get out faster you can also get to the pull start easier 🙂
