I must say it’s absolutely stunning 🤩 and it looks like a lot of hours have gone into it? And obviously money but I think we are at a turning point with the savage starting to become collectable especially unused examples because they were never marketed as collectable hpi always encouraged you to rip open the box and like the saying goes “use it like you stole it” for obvious reasons so a unused example is going to be a rarity but with the likes of your stunning modified example it’s going to be what an individual wants to play for it? I dare say looking at it a few thousand £/$ have gone into it? Which it’s worth every penny but you’re never gonna see that back! My advice for what it’s worth is if you can keep it a little longer do so because I have a feeling looking at what hpi are at this time in point savages that are mint like yours and boxed originals are going to become the next rc collectable in the rc vintage world!

I’d be definitely keeping that! I recon you’ll regret passing that on🤷‍♂️ it’s a one off personal to you!
How does it handle with those low profile tyres with a truck stance?

Well I lowered it with washers inside the shocks so the arms are almost level so it’s actually quite lowered handles quite well. But I have a set of original truckzilla big wheels I will use for off roading which is where it belongs

Gonna just get it in the garden start it up see how the throttle linkages are behaving wait till next weekend give it a run see how the twin behaves
