if the clutch is worn or slipps a lil will that cause it to seem like is bogging down?

id think it would cause it to go the other way, like a high rev with little to no forward movement.

Yes when the clutch is toast the engien will usually rev and seem to slip. It will alse create more heat due to slippage of the shoes.

i found the prob bad bearings finally had time to look at it is there a site that has needle bearings

You can pick up clutch bearings at the smr store for a buck a peice wich is a good price. They are a sponcer of this site
