Chroming here in UK?

Alright guys?

After cleaning up my savage today I noticed that the chrome on the wheels was peeling away quite badly so looked up some replacements on various model sights. quite pricey I thought. I then remembered my classic tamiya blackfoot sitting in my loft, with chrome wheels falling to bits as well.

My queation is, are there any place here(UK) that chrome plastic bits? Besides the wheels I want to chrome the blackfoot chassis and other various parts.....

...just thought I would put it put up and see .

chrome plastic? dude just spray it. Thats all it is any way.... paint.

chrome rims are notorious for that just get rims that arent chrome or just paint them with chrome paint lol theres rc chrome paint forgot who made it tho

Yeah i don't think they actually "chrome" the plastic wheels.
The heat and electroids that make the chrome stick onto metal would just melt the wheels.

(not 100% sure if electroids was the right word, but it was the first word that popped into my mind after i said heat)
