Centering the servo

Switched out the am radio for a Fly sky GT3B so I figure I need to re center the servo then adjust the trims. How do I go about doing that? It's easy to do on my stampede but I never centered a servo with a different horn. Looks like I need to remove the front skid plate and one side of the tvp(twin vertical plate?)?

you don't need to pull the tvp just the skid. you can get it without pulling the skid but its a bit tricky
