carb issues

Check the banjo bolt holding on the high speed needle assembly and the fuel fitting.... common for those to loosen up a bit....
 
then it is more than likely the carb isolator has come loose.... take off the carb and clean the body and isolator (a small plastic ring) and reglue it back down with some epoxy...
 
AWWWWW Crap. well you can try to repair it with epoxy, if that fails you need a new carb....
 
That engine and linkage setup requires a slide carb to operate right.....
and a rotary carb probably will not flow the fuel needed for it to run reliably.....
