Okay guys. I have now just fitted a new clutch that I blew out on Monday due to the bell housing bearings blowing to bits. I have decided to start afresh with the carb settings but am a bit confused.

The online manual says all needles set to flush, HSN, LSN and IN. Setting the idle needle to flush though leaves the LSN with a huge gap in the body.

Any ideas or assistance will be greatly appreciated, as I am new to this and just want it sorted so my kids can play.

Thanks.

The "flush" settings are for the HSN and LSN (and MSN if you had it). The idle needle is usually set to 1mm gap to start and adjust accordingly if needed.
