Can a Savage21 do wheelies?

hey guys,

Just curious, I have a Savage 21 with a 25 motor in it.
Is this motor strong enough to do wheelies or even on demand?

with a proper tune, a savage 25 should wheelie. not so much on demand but it should be able to life the front up. you can also alter your gearing if its wheelies your after.
