From under the truck. Remove the servo arm first, and then the mounting screws and then carefully feed the wires out from inside the radio box.

What kind of problem are you having?
 
There are clips behind the shock tower that hold the bumper supports on. You shouldnt have to take the bumper off to get the servo out though.
Do you have a picture of what you are working on?
 
i don't have any pictures but it seems like i cant get the steering servo out without taking the bumper off
bumper meenig the hole black piece on the botoom front of the car
 
No, you should be able to get it out once you take the steering horn off. Just unscrew it and it will drop straight down.

you are rite bud, you cant get to front screws without diasembly of the skids

refer to the link I gave you and it will show how to remove the skid
 
I changed my steering servo out without removing the skids. I guess I just angled the screwdriver

with the rite screw driver I geuss you can, thanks Keith
 
only 6 screws to remove the skid .. seems like it would be easier then trying to fight and strip screws .. just remove the skid (make life easier )
