brake cam

today when looking over the savy my brake cam came out of the side of the trans. can't figure out for the life of me how to get it back in. how can i get this back in without a huge tear down?

you need to take out the rear-end bulk head assembly so that you can remove the rear dog bone and your brakes.

then you can slide the cam back in & re-install the brass piece that presses against the brake disk when the cam rotates.

you want to tear it down and find the reason that the brass piece came out. One possibility is that the brake assembly screws backed out allowing the brass piece to come out.
