I bought the whole set, 4 uppers and lowers. It says it comes with one 0-degree camber upper arm, one -2 degree camber upper arm. What is the difference, and which ones should I put on?? Do I put the same on the front and the back???

I'm really not into the shiny aluminum stuff, and have read here that RPM is good stuff. The center skid plate I got from RPM has already taken a nice beating and no problems. Since I'm making my truck in Dallas Cowboys colors, I figured this would be one of the things I can turn blue (The 4 arms). If you guys also have any other suggestions on what I can turn blue without sacrificing durability, please let me know. As always, any help is appreciated!!!!!!

If your racing and/or drive on dirt use the -2Deg ones as they tip the top of the tire in some and if you drive on the pavement and/or just bash you will be fine with the 0Deg ones.

Hey Ruff. I bought those same arms. I'm running the -2. I think it handles a little bit better even for bashing.

Sweet, thanks for the quick replies guys, I Drive mostly on dirt and grass, so the -2's it is. This may sound stupid, but Do I want to use the -2 all the way around, or just on the fronts??

I went with the -2's all the way around. I think it will help prevent the truck from tipping over in turns. I could be wrong but its easy enough to change them if you want to. The shocks mount differently to these arms too, not sure if you noticed that. When I got them I posted on here cause I thought they were the wrong ones. So far no problems with them.

Go Colts? This must be an inside chat.....They Lost??????But lets give the Chargers some support there going to need it Sunday...I'm root'in for the Chargers go UNDER DOGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But to keep with the topic of this post Yeah 2 deg. all the way around..But I must say that with my Dynamite Platinum .28 I gave the rears about 4 deg. with some custom made upper A-arms because the torque of the motor dipped the rear so much it straightened out the tires stance and has been even better to handle while bash/racing.

I'm running the IRC losi shock kit on my savage with adjustable pring tensioners.

and also hello to those I haven't met I've been away for a while and just starting to get things back up and running again....

Cowboys are out too, I don't think they were saying go colts for this season, just in general, know what I mean? I'm for the underdogs all the way. Back to topic, Thanks for the replies guys, its -2 all the way around. Savagecre, If I run into what you did I will look into the -4 as well. I don't even have them installed yet. I wanted everyone's input first. Keith, I still just have the stock shocks. I can still use them but they mount differently, is that what you mean?? Or do I need different shocks??

They just mount differently. I'm using the stock shocks too. When you mount them they just screw to the outside of the a-arm. Not like on the stock arms where the mount sits between the arm. I didnt describe that too well but when you go to put the shocks on you'll see what I'm talking about.

ok cool, thanks for the heads up. I just wasnt clear on whether you were using the stock shocks or not. I will let ya know how it went once I get them and get them on, hopefully they get here Monday! Thanks bro

Got them today and put them on, I love em! Thanks for the help everyone!!!!

pics

Hey Keith, yeah bro I took pics. I have a folder on my PC that I put pics in of my truck. I take pics all the time, but the reason I don't, and didnt post pics of stuff like this is because you guys have seen these simple upgrades a million times! But since you asked, here are a couple. I need to find some more stuff I can change to blue, silver, or white. I would do some aluminum also, but not if it will take away from the durability of my truck. So anyone with suggestions, or links to some upgrades I could do in those colors please let me know! Xtremsavage said he will hook me up with a custom painted lid once he gets good with his airbrush. Thats going to be awesome! I've been searching and lookin around for parts I can change, but I'm not having the best of luck. But anyways, thanks for the help and here is what you and the other guys helped me do!

It looks good bro. I stuck with the standard black arms. You can change the shock springs to a different color and they're not too expensive. Ive seen the TVP braces in different colors but I'm not sure where to get them. As for the aluminum I would keep that to a minimum. It doesnt flex, it just bends, and as nice as it looks new it gets beat up pretty easily when bashing. You might be able to change the rims out. Wister posted a link about dying the RPM chrome wheels to get different shades. I'm going to try it out on a set of chrome wheels I have as soon as I can find the RIT dye.
As for the body, I'm going to pay wister a visit on my next trip to FL... Ya hear that wister?? I'm coming down for some lessons on that airbrush..:Xfingers:

THanks Keith, I appreciate it! The springs, yes, thats a great idea! The TVP braces I think I have seen, but arent they only in aluminum? Ill stay away from anything aluminum that hurts the strength of my truck. You cant see them real good in that pic and they are a little dusty from yesterday, but those rims are those blue offset RPM titans, and they look sharp (when cleaned up) and the offset made a world of difference to me with handling. I saw that link on dying chrome, and Ill try that sometime it looks pretty cool. Look out wister, keithV is coming to get some lessons bro!!! LOL
