Bearing replacements: rear crank

Will a 25.4mm rear crank bearing (Novarossi) squeeze into a motor that is spec'd to have a 25mm?
Maybe if I heat the case and freeze the bearing?

NO it will never fit, do yourself a favor and get the proper bearing......

I thought that maybe Novarossi were just being uppity by saying theirs were .4 mm bigger, but in reality, just the same as everyone else. Guess not

ya that lil .4 gets ya every time. don't seem like alot , but if it somehow did go in the case would prolly fracture.......

Damn right it would. Engines are made with tight tolerances, stick to them.

I took your advice. Ordered proper sized bearings. I asked cause I found a really good price for a pair of ceramics ( front and rear). $21 shipped. Settled for another shops ceramic front and properly sized conventional rear for the same price.

Hello, yes this will not work as the case is a different size. I would go on Ebay there is a seller who has good bearings for cheap..
