I am trying to find a good dependable beadlock wheel for my flux hp. It has xl tvp's, also stock motor and tranny for now. Although I have alza center drive which just arrived but we haven't got it in yet. But I do not want to glue tires or buy mounted ones every time they need replaced. The reason being is I'm a quadriplegic and have to rely on my 12yr old son to wrench for me. So I figure it would be better to go with beadlock and hopefully not use any glue or as little as possible I guess.

My question is, what is the most dependable/durable beadlock out there? I would like maybe the 3.8 for 40 series but will take everything into consideration. Would aluminum be the better choice to avoid stripping out any fasteners and all around strength?

Also I would appreciate any suggestions for a good street, grass, and dirt tire for the beadlock wheel. Most of the driving will be asphalt in front of house. With a little driving on grass and field behind house. Any and all suggestions would help because I am totally new to this hobby.

First Off WELCOME to the forum 😀

Look at wheels from Axial, they did make a beadlock wheel a couple years back Also Maximizer makes some good solid beadlocks and i think they do offer a 40 series to work for ya, for tires maybe a set of street treads would be good for where you run at.... Proline makes some I know and they have a small sidewall and grip well on asphalt or concrete...

I guess Maximizer only has beadlock wheels in the 3.2 size....

Axial does still offer their 40 series Beadlock wheels

Hope this is of some help to you, post up some pics of your rig we would love to see them, action shots and vids are great also....

I personally would stay away from alloy wheels , they look great but are easily bent or egg shaped under hard bashing conditions, as for Axial being unreliable I have no idea, but I haven't heard anything super bad on here or any of the other sites I visit.....
Like anything they are only plastic or nylon and anything can break when subjected to the loads we put on our toys.....
and yes mini pins would get ate up quickly on pavement

Okay I thought axial were all aluminum. Those maximizers are pretty reliable even though their composite. As in not stripping out or tire flying under heavy acceleration and what not.
