Battery tray mods ?

Hey guys i'm getting closer to running the flux rcbuggy
Is there any battery tray mods i can do?
and where can i pick up some velcro straps because i don't really trust the set up hpi has done with the tray doors =D

It makes it easier if you flip the boxes around so that they open all the way. You can dremel the openings on the top to get the plugs through easier. I think I got the velcro straps from tcs

i got about 25 feet of black velcro strap at home depot for about 4 bucks.
