Raffle is held when all tickets are sold OR end of the month. Look for winners on HPIBajaForums.com (and I'm sure he e-mails you)

Any one seen an update on the raffle? I see the sku# has changed to a different number. I wonder if this is the same raffle for the month? If not wonder who won SKU: 2009-13?
