Not going to happen, almost finished with no pics during the process. I will add pics when it all put together and looking pretty.

Let us know how you like it! I love my bashers, but I'm thinking a couple crawlers would be cool for when the wife wants to hike. Been looking at the SCX line.

This is my first crawler and when it's finished my first test is going be some trails in a local state park.

I recently bought a scx10 too. Mine was used but it is a cool rig to run whenever I'm not running the savage. I go hiking a good bit so I'm also thinking it would be fun to take along.

I don't know much about crawling and I'm already wanting upgrades lol IMG_20160806_121326464.jpg

Should have my scx10 moving under its own power by the end of the week, ordered what I needed Friday. Wife's brother in law gave my a plastic hummer body off a toy grade rc. It's barely longer than the scx10 wheelbase I'm going to use it till I get my body painted. Off topic but I spent a few hrs today fitting a toy grade john deer gator body to my nitro "buggy". It's a bit of a Frankenstein rc

It's alive! Lol so far have not made a trip to the park hiking trails for an adventure, feels like it's monsoon season. Have drove it around outside my apartment a bit. Currently has my savage body sitting on it fits the wheelbase perfect I'll try to get a pic later

Wolf cave in Mc Cormick's Creek State Park. Have to walk a trail to get there, was going to run my scx10 here (spot along the trail to cave) on my out but with lost spring perch and was needing to get home. Probably the best use of paid time off from work I have used lol

That looks like a blast! If I ever get bitten by the crawler bug I'll definitely be looking at one of those.

Finally got the body painted(first time), looks too good to get dirty. the wife said it needs lights, I'm shocked she is encouraging me to spend money on rc. lol I will get some better pics in sunlight

Looks like fun, i need to put the other set of wheels&tires on before we get some decent snow here. Stock ones don't have as big of lugs and gaps. I have a new battery charger waiting under the tree, can't wait till I get some 3s lipos to run in it

Update on my SCX10II, been enjoying it. So much that I have added a Axial RR10 Bomber to my rc collection.

I have done some modifications in the 2yrs I have now had it. Added lights and interior, changed motor, esc, and servo. Modified old servo into a winch powered by old esc.
