Arm brace set(Woven graphite)?

Hi i am sitting here bored and i am tempted to order the above for my xl:lmao4:.Is this a worth while hop up or just a bit of graphite bling?

you got a link. never heard/saw/used em, but sound brittle when compared with good 'ol plastic.

They replace the purple metal bits.I don't have a link but the part number is 73070.

Its not a part that "needs " a upgrade. but if I had a carbon truck and wanted to put the finished touch on it Id do them. O wait I do have a carbon truck. hmmm

When i had my baja 5b the ali bits wore quite bad after a while and made the arms wobble quite a bit.I replaced them with carbon and they didnt wear.(I am trying to convince myself i need these)

I got them on eBay a few years back for 5 bucks. I actullay have seen the aluminum ones bend before. I've had no problems with mine. I got them just because they look cool. Only pics I have of mine.

Just ordered the set myself yesterday.

They are very nice looking and I wouldn't mind having a set myself but we have not decided to go forward with them because of the very little weight savings and stockers work fine. I just deanodize mine.
