An Impossible Sleeve

Hi Guy's - Looking for some help again. Reference my last questions I got the parts required to actually run my X 4.6, but once running it didn't seem to be pulling as I expected or as I have seen in many vids - additionally once the engine was warm it was impossible to start. Someone suggested low compression. This was confirmed by a few turns of the flywheel when the engine was hot, and finding very little resistance. Anyway I manage to get my hands on a new piston and sleeve and thought I could complete this task - but I can not get the sleeve to move any suggestions

Heat up the case with a heat gun or put it in an oven. The metal will expand and make the sleeve easier to remove. You can also use a zip-tie along with this method. Try with a zip-tie first though.

I've tried the zip from cold?? and heated the cylinder up to around 110 degrees celcious, but it still wont move - could I go hotter???
