He did it slightly differently, but its basically the same thing as this premade kit from NEW ERA. I just received mine yesterday and installed it. It fits very tight but its a well made kit. I'll have to get back to you about if it ultimately helps half tank lean.

I think he bought that kit. He still uses the tank but he made his own mount for it.
